Nature is a Headliner. We are beyond lucky to have such a beautiful venue in Meadow Creek, and we must all work together to minimize our impact on these grounds throughout the weekend.
Environmental Tips:
Bring plenty of trash bags for your campground
Always have two trash bags out, one for recycling and one for landfill
Avoid excess disposable plastic like cases of water bottles
Remove packaging from your camping gear before you arrive to Field of Vision
Clean up after yourself before leaving your campsite
There will be garbage, recycling, and compost bins in the campgrounds and the venue. Please refer to the signage and be conscious of where you place your trash.
Camp Gear Donation: If you have lightly used camping gear that you no longer wish to keep, when you are ready to depart, bring your gear (and clothing) to one of our Green Zones and all acceptable gear will be donated back into the local community and to unsheltered people in need throughout Chaffee County.
Respect the environment. We are committed to leaving no trace, and we are dedicated to clean up after ourselves. In this spirit, we expect that all who arrive at Field of Vision do their part to add to this collective mission so we can continue to enjoy this land deep into future generations. Pack in, pack out.
-
We are grateful for the local support from Chaffee County Sheriff, EMS and Fire services. Medical staff will be available 24 hours a day to help in any situation, and they will not incriminate anyone. Do not hesitate to visit medical tents or reach out to any staff member or security member.
